RETURNS & REFUNDS
Blue Flowers handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. As each Flower Masterpiece is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us on (m) 0429 279 795 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your gift.
A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Should you wish to return your order, please call us on (m) 0429 279 795 within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason for return and email us on hello@blueflowers.com.au with a photo of the flowers/product you are unhappy with. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. Please note, any surcharges made via credit card transactions cannot be refunded as it a service that is non-refundable by Square. A credit voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases. Refunds are made at the discretion of Blue Flowers.
THE BLUE FLOWERS PROMISE
We can promise you that our flowers will be amazing and of high, premium quality; a true Floral Masterpiece. Each arrangement is hand crafted especially for you by Cecile Keogh, the Founder/Creative Director at Blue Flowers, and her dedicated team. We use a mixture of beautiful Australian locally grown and premium imported flowers/foliage and seasonal favourites, which have been carefully hand-picked, by Cecile, from Sydney’s Flower Market.
All our blooms are conditioned with extra care and creatively arranged in our beautiful flower shop. Please be mindful, like most products, flowers/foliage contain certain chemicals that may be harmful. Please do not ingest any of our flowers/foliage, keep them away from children and pets and always wash hands after handling.
All flowers and foliage sold online are perishable and can vary, depending on God’s nature, the climate and the grower’s availability. The lifespan of flowers can vary from bloom to bloom and the environment it’s kept in. For flower longevity, please read and follow our care guide. If for any reason you are unhappy with your flowers or any product, please contact us on (m) 0429 279 795 within 24 hours and email us on hello@blueflowers.com.au with a photo and we will happily replace your flowers/product or give you a full refund.
