BLUE FLOWERS WORKSHOPS
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • By making a booking you are accepting and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking privately or via Eventbrite or Class Bento.

  • A refund can be provided (minus 10% of the ticket price, to cover Eventbrite or Class Bento costs) if a student cancels their booking at least 7 business days before the workshop date. (Written notice needed via email loveblueflowers@outlook.com)

  • No refunds will be paid if written notice is not submitted to Blue Flowers at least 7 business days prior to the workshop date.

  • All transactions are made in Australian Dollars (AUD)

MISSING A CLASS
MORE THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE:

Written notice, via email loveblueflowers@outlook.com, must be provided to Blue Flowers at least 7 business days before a workshop date. You can request to be transferred to another class, if spots are available.

LESS THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE:

If you’re unable to attend our workshop and don’t provide Blue Flowers with written notice, you have the option to send a family member/friend to take your spot, or you can reschedule your class but you’ll need to pay a fee of $60 to cover the cost of the flowers and materials. To reschedule your workshop please email Cecile on loveblueflowers@outlook.com

WORKSHOP CHANGES
Blue Flowers reserves the right to cancel workshops where numbers are not sufficient enough. We will make the decision to transfer students to a more suitable class, when needed. If a suitable time cannot be mutually agreed upon, a refund will be provided, minus 10% of the ticket price, to cover Eventbrite or Class Bento costs. Blue Flowers reserves the right to change the location of their workshops to suit numbers or room availability, if needed.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Any bookings made with a discount/promotional offer is strictly non-refundable or transferable for any goods/services. It must be redeemed within the time frame mentioned.

CORRECT FOOTWEAR
To ensure your safety, non-slip closed-in shoes must be worn to all classes. No thongs, open footwear or high heels are permitted in the classrooms. Please always take care and be mindful that you are responsible for your own safety and property when travelling to and attending a workshop with Blue Flowers.

BLUE FLOWERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR:
a)any accidents/injuries which may arise from wearing incorrect footwear during the workshop. For safety purposes, non-slip, closed in shoes must be worn during the workshop.
b) any personal injury resulting in the use of goods supplied to.
c) staining of garments or furnishings from flowers/foliage; or
d) flowers/foliage deteriorating due to extreme weather conditions, incorrect care or storage during or after the workshop has taken place.

OTHER
Your personal details and details of your workshop booking will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent.

In an event of a fire, flood, natural disaster, tragedy, government directive (lockdown or pandemic restrictions) or other emergency, Blue Flowers is not liable for any failure to proceed with a workshop. Where possible, Blue Flowers will credit any amount paid towards another workshop available and mutually agreed upon, minus any costs incurred.

FLOWER SELECTION
Please note flowers/foliage used for our workshops are seasonal and subject to availability, due to factors beyond our control, like the weather/seasonality. Trust Blue Flowers to source and provide the best, most amazing blooms that are fresh and of high quality and standards for each workshop.

Please be mindful that all photos used for promoting our workshops are just a guide to the actual flowers/foliage used and the final design created on the day of the workshop. However, the value of the flowers, materials and overall experience from our workshops are always worth more than the ticket price per attendee.

PHOTO/VIDEOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you agree to give Blue Flowers the right to share photos and/or videos of their workshops (without featuring attendees, unless consent has been given) on Blue Flowers social platforms for promotional purposes in all media throughout the world in perpetuity (for all time), including online and on social media accounts, unless stated otherwise by you.

Whilst we encourage students to take and post images of their work during the workshop, we respectfully request no videoing or audio recording of the workshop for copyright reasons. Any images containing other attendees must seek the permission of that person before being posted. Any images taken from our workshops or images of Cecile teaching must always use @blueflowersblueflowers social media tags when being posted. If you’re unsure at any time, please check with Cecile.

THE BF PROMISE
We can promise you that our flowers will be AMAZING and unique; like a masterpiece.  Each arrangement is hand crafted especially for you by Cecile Keogh, the Founder/Creative Director at Blue Flowers. We use a mixture of beautiful Australian grown local and premium imported flowers/foliage and seasonal favourites, which have been carefully hand-picked, by Cecile, from Sydney’s Flower Market. All our blooms are conditioned with extra care and creatively arranged in our BF studio. Please be mindful, like most products, flowers/foliage contain certain chemicals that may be harmful. Please do not ingest any of our flowers/foliage, keep them away from children and pets and always wash hands after handling.

All flowers and foliage sold online are perishable and can vary, depending on God’s nature, the climate and the grower’s availability. The lifespan of flowers can vary from bloom to bloom and the environment it’s kept in. For flower longevity, please read and follow our care guide HERE. If for any reason you are unhappy with your flowers or any BF product, please contact us within 48 hours and email us a photo and we will happily replace your flowers/BF product or give you a full refund. Thank you for supporting us!

GENERAL CONDITIONS
If you continue to browse and/or purchase from Blue Flowers, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE & PRICES
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the blueflowers.com.au web-site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. 

DELIVERY DATES & TIMES
Blue Flowers offer Luxury Floral Gifting that is by appointment only. As Blue Flowers is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your order on the next available business day. Delivery times may vary depending on how many orders are due out that day. If you require an AM/PM delivery window, this can be done for an additional $20 fee. Please include this requirement in the special instructions section when filling in your order. We will then contact you directly to get your additional payment. As a part of the checkout process on this website, you will be able to enter in the date for the delivery of your order. We will make every effort to satisfy your selection, but this cannot be guaranteed.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Blue Flowers is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please ensure that you enter all the correct information at the time of ordering. There is a special instruction section available, so please include any of your special requests in terms of your order or delivery, if needed. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional $20 delivery charge will apply to you to redirect the delivery.

DELIVERY ZONE
Please ensure you check our delivery zone before making a purchase. You can check our delivery zones here. If you made an order to be delivered outside our delivery zone, we will contact you via the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You can either change order to be delivered within our delivery zone or have your order cancelled. Cancellation will incur a fee of 10% of your total order value and a refund of the remaining amount will be processed on the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
Please ensure that you provide a valid phone number and e-mail address when placing your order with Blue Flowers. This allows us to contact you in case we have any questions or concerns regarding your order. Please read our privacy policy if you have any issues regarding your privacy.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to alter your online order, please do so by contacting us at loveblueflowers@outlook.com. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including the delivery date, address and card message) where we receive not less than 24 hours notice.

CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel your order, you will be charged a 10% administration fee of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders with less than 24 hours notice of the delivery date, orders that have already been created and orders that are in the process of being delivered. Thank you for your kind understanding!

MOTHER'S DAY 2024
Mother’s Day is a day to celebrate our wonderful Mamas and is also another busy time for a florist. As always, Blue Flowers will work extra hard to ensure we deliver gorgeous Luxury Arrangements for your Mama. Delivery will be available on Sunday May 12. Changes or cancellations to your order will not be allowed after Friday, May 10. Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to guarantee any AM/PM delivery window requests. Orders will be delivered anytime between 12-5PM for businesses and anytime between 12-7PM for residential. Please also note, that no re-deliveries will be possible if the recipient has left the delivery address for the day. We will do our best to help you if the situation occurs, but this cannot be guaranteed. An additional $25 fee will be charged to you for re-delivery on the next available day.
